As a maintenance services company we provide services inside or outside, from replacing a bulb to a roof leak, landscaping to pool maintenance, plumbing to electrical, painting or touch up, some tasks we do ourselves and some delegated to our carefully approved professional partners. When repairs are needed or it’s an urgent call, be sure we will be there and handle it with professionalism.
Our members benefit from a property visual inspection, or tech will walk checklist your property on a weekly basis will report to you if anything needs attention, be sure we can handle the task. Total Property Management can customize the service to your needs.

Our Story
MEET OUR FOUNDER
My journey to open Total Property Management started early on. For many years I handled house remodeling & investment properties.
Later in my career I was an executive in the corporate world. At the time, having a busy career and juggling the house maintenance & repair was a challenge, I simply didn’t have the time. I know many people have the same challenge.
I realized there is a need for good ethical management so I made a decision to do what I’m passionate about and service people in the area I love, this is how Total Property Management was born.
My mission is to deliver professional top results and make my customers happy.
